Plasan Sasa in $200m US Marine follow-on contract

Plasan ,owned by Kibbutz Sasa,has singed a $200 million
follow-on contract with internationally Military and Government
LLC (IMG)for 1,500 mine-resistant ambush protected (MARP)
Armor kite for the US Marine Corps .
The present contract follows three contracts for 3,000 armor kits
worth $500 million altogether.These contracts are the largest
Marine Corps procurements project for up-armoring.Plasan Sasa
designed the armor kits for the new Marin Corps`vehicle.The
company delivers the kits to IMG,Which assembles them.
